Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations:
   - We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time:
   - Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment reflects in our account. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We offer the following shipping methods:
     - Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
     - Pudo Locker to Locker: 3-7 business       days

4. Shipping Rates:
   - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method you select and your location.

5. Order Tracking:
   - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues:
   - If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service team at sales@caninerawfeast.co.za. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information:
   - Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that you have provided incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages:
   - If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the customer service team of the carrier. We do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages.

9. Changes to Shipping Policy:
